First2Care is an independent NDIS plan manager offering fast payments, personal support, and an easy-to-use portal.
The Work
First2Care engaged me to write articles to engage their three primary audiences:
- NDIS participants (and their families)
- Support workers
- Registered providers.
I enjoyed trying on a more journalistic approach than my usual content and blog writing with these pieces. And I’ve loved being able to unpack some complex issues and talk about them in a simple way, while finding opportunities to talk about First2Care’s app to encourage more sign-ups.
