Airtasker is a Sydney-based online marketplace where everyday people can outsource everyday tasks.
The Work
The team at Airtasker needed SEO copywriting and content writing to help boost their search engine presence for a range of competitive terms. At the time, most existing pages were very thin on content, and they had a lot of new pages and categories planned.
I started by creating content around “price guides” before moving into content for their category and services pages. With more quality content on these pages, they were in a much better position to rank in Google, as well as leading to an increase in time on page.
I provided the keyword research for these pages, along with layout recommendations. These were based on a general topic brief and similar examples, making the briefing process very hands-off for the Airtasker team. Which is always nice for large-scale content projects like this!
